Construction
Specialized in building construction since 1988, we have completed over 100 diverse projects, including office complexes, corporate offices, showrooms, educational institutions, residential buildings, and hotels. Our work is primarily tendered by the Royal Government of Bhutan and includes projects funded by the Government of India, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and other prestigious organizations. Additionally, we undertake a wide range of construction projects, such as road construction, bridges, water supply systems, sewerage treatment plants, river protection works, flood protection works, stormwater drainage systems, boundary walls, and interior design projects.
Design & Build
Our firm's design team manages projects from inception to completion, covering everything from design to construction to handing over the finished project to the customer. These projects include both individual and office constructions, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to building.
Hiring
To support the construction industry, we offer a wide range of machinery and equipment for hire. Additionally, we provide training and education on the proper use of this equipment, ensuring that our clients can efficiently and safely complete their construction projects.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Occupational Health and Safety standards are a cornerstone of our company’s success. We are proud to prioritize OHS as a fundamental component of our project execution. The safety of our workers is our top priority in every project we undertake. We have established comprehensive programs and policies to address OHS concerns and are committed to maintaining and improving these standards continually.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an ongoing process, integral to our community development efforts. We actively participate in various initiatives to support and uplift local communities. A notable example of our CSR efforts is the full sponsorship of the construction of a G+1 storied Lam Residence cum Drasha for the Sonam Tse Lhakhang in Chapcha, Gangkha, under Chukha Dzongkhag. This project exemplifies our dedication to contributing positively to society.
